Shipping & Returns
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and size of package.
We maintain a $30 order minimum on beer orders after any discounts, which is enforced prior to clicking 'check out'. We only ship beer to Ohio at this time.
There is no minimum spend on merchandise only orders.
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Ohio based warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the express shipping options. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or on US holidays.
For online orders, we accept merchandise in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the US.
We do not refund purchases on beer.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same debit/credit card used to make the purchase. Please return the stuff you buy online through our easy return process, and the stuff you buy in-store back to the store.
Any merchandise purchased from 24 Nov - 31 Dec 2017 will be available to return by 21 Jan 2018.
BrewDog monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns postmarked more than 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
For your return, please:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org telling us you would like a returns label. Please put your order number in the email subject so we can identify you.
Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
Fill in the returns note with the reason code, and pop this in the mailer with the items.
We will email you the returns label. Stick this prepaid label on the mailer.*
Get the mailer to the shipping carrier on your label.
* Please only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track your package. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy below.
We are able to ship merchandise internationally; our system calculates international shipping charges at checkout. Every country has different taxes, customs and tariffs that you may have to pay. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be added to your order. We advise you to check with the destination country's local shipping official regarding taxes or custom charges that must be paid before your order is released.
We are unable to ship alcohol outside of the United States at this time, or to PO box addresses.
