Each state has their own policy for direct-shipping laws by alcohol category. Below is our current shipping availability by state.

We don't currently ship internationally. We do not ship on weekends or on any US holiday.

What can brewdog ship to my state?

Beer with an ABV of 0.5% and under, can be shipped to all states within the US EXCLUDING AK, GA, HI, ID, KS, MI, MS

Beer with an ABV above 0.5% can ship to the following states: DC, KY, NE, ND, NH, NV, OH, OR, PA, VA, VT

Cider—legally considered wine—ships to the following states: AZ, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY



Launched in reaction to the initial COVID-19 lockdown, our local delivery program has been a great way to redeploy our employees hours and ensure that the fine people of Columbus can get our beer. As our bars have opened back up, and events are being booked at our venues, our hard-working delivery team is being called by to their original duties. Therefore, our local delivery program is ending. (Pick up at our Canal Winchester location remains). While we offer everyday $4.99 flat-rate shipping, we are extending free shipping on orders $50+ to our Columbus-area customers for the month of April.



We do not refund purchases on beer.

We accept returns on merchandise in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the US.

You have 28 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same debit/credit card used to make the purchase. Please return the merchandise you buy online through our easy return process.

All returns should be in new, unworn condition. Any returns postmarked more than 28 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return.

We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

BrewDog bars are unable to accept online returns or exchanges at this time.

Merchandise bought in any US BrewDog bar, can be returned only to a BrewDog bar.

BrewDog monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


Return Instructions

For your return, please:

Email Click to send an emailonlineshopusa@brewdog.com telling us you would like a returns label. Please put your order number in the email subject so we can identify you.

Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.

Fill in the returns note with your order number, and pop this in the mailer with the items.

We will email you the returns label. Stick this prepaid label on the mailer.*

Get the mailer to the shipping carrier on your label.

* Please only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track your package. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
