We craft brew our AF beers from the beginning using a micro fermentation process that feeds the yeast precisely to the point of alcohol creation, but no further. The result? More flavor – and fewer calories. Unlike the big beer companies that use heat to vacuum the alcohol off the top, which creates a bready taste and more calories, we don’t remove the alcohol; we make sure it’s not there to begin with.
