How do I use my Equity for Punk discount code?

Your discount code will show in a blue bar at the bottom of the page. Remember to enter the code at checkout to receive your discount!

Make sure you sign into your account before you shop, and your discount code will show.

Do you ship BrewDog beer?


However, we only ship beer to the following states due to legal restrictions: 

Alcoholic Beer:


Alcohol Free Near Beer (beer below 0.5% ABV):

AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, 

We maintain a $30 order minimum for shipping alcoholic beer which is enforced prior to clicking 'check out,' via UPS only. 

You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.

The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and is expected to know and abide by their local and state laws.

Where’s my order?

Delivery to mainland US addresses usually takes 2 - 5 working days, but we endeavor to deliver earlier than this where possible. Off-Shore US addresses take a little more time, however.

When your item is dispatched you’ll receive an email from us with tracking details. If you’ve not received this then please check your spam folder.

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

Can I add an item to my order once it's placed?

Unfortunately, not. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, which is sent to our warehouse for picking and packing.


Can I change my address/details once an order is placed?

As per our terms and conditions it is your responsibility to ensure that the details you enter into the checkout are correct. If you have made an error, please contact us ASAP at onlineshopusa@brewdog.com  and we will try our best to help, but once an order is made we can't guarantee that we will be able to catch it in time.


Can I purchase a keg from you? 

You can purchase kegs direct from the brewery. Please note, these are available for collection only. Please call DogTap 614-908-3054 to speak with us about availability and pricing.


Why hasn't my payment gone through?

BrewDog subscribe to the 3D Secure payment protection system and as such all our transactions are monitored by your banks fraud protection team. If your payment is unable to go through our secure checkout process for any reason, we would advise you to contact you bank as soon as possible before trying to check out again, as if multiple attempts are made without speaking to them, they are likely to stop future attempts to purchase the goods, but may still reserve the funds pending their review.
